목적: 본 연구는 요양병원 간호사의 자기효능감과 조직시민행동이 간호역량에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위함이다. 방법: 서술적 조사연구로, 연구 대상자는 150명의 간호사를 편의표집하였다. 자료수집은 자가보고형 설문지를 이용하여 2017년 2월 15일부터 동년 3월 8일까지실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 18.0 program을 이용하여 descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis를 실시하였다. 결과: 자기효능감은 3.84점, 조직시민행동은 3.77점, 간호역량은 3.80점으로 나타났다. 대상자의 간호역량은 자기효능감(r=.63, p<.001), 조직시민행동(r=.64, p<.001)과 강한 순 상관관계가 있었다. 대상자의 대상자의 간호역량에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기효능감(β=.38, p<.001), 조직시민행동(β=.37, p<.001), 임상실무경력(β=.14, p=.011)로 설명력은 51%이었다. 결론: 연구결과를 토대로 간호사의 간호역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 간호중재 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.
Abstract
Purpose: This study aimed to investigate influencing factors on nursing competency of nurses in long-term care hospitals. Methods: A descriptive research design was used with a convenience sample of 150 nurses. Data were collected from Feb 15 to Mar 8, 2017 using self-reported questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Results: The mean scores of self-efficacy, organizational citizenship behavior and nursing competency were 3.84 out of 5, 3.77 out of 5 and 3.80 out of 5, repectively. Nursing competency was positively correlated with self-efficacy (r=.63, p <.001) and organizational citizenship behavior (r=.64, p<.001). Factors influencing on nursing competency were self-efficacy (β=.38, p<.001), organizational citizenship behavior (β=.37, p<.001) and clinical career(β=.14, p=.011), which explained 51% of the variance. Conclusion: Based on the finding of this study, it is necessary to develop education and intervention programs in order to increase the nursing competency for nurses in long-term care hospitals.
