Abstract

This study is to investigate the effect of the reliability of the site on the purchase intention of the product in the internet shopping mall environment. In the internet shopping mall environment, it was examined whether reliability affects consumers' innovativeness and repurchase intention, and whether risk perception plays a moderating role between consumers' innovativeness and repurchase intention. First, when purchasing products in the internet shopping mall environment, the reliability of guarantees was found to have an effect on cognitive innovation, and perceived quality, subjective knowledge level, and perceived information amount did not have an effect. Second, perceived quality affects hedonic innovation, and guarantee trust, subjective knowledge level, and perceived information do not affect. Third, both cognitive innovation and hedonic innovation of the internet shopping mall environment have an effect on repurchase intention. Fourth, the risk perception in the internet shopping mall environment has a moderating effect between cognitive innovation and repurchase intention. Fifth, risk perception did not have a moderating effect between hedonic innovation and repurchase intention.
