한국 행정학 조직연구주제 경향분석: 한국조직학회보 게재논문(2004-2022)을 중심으로

한국조직학회보는 2004년 창간 이후 다양한 조직학 연구물들을 출판하며 성장을 해왔다. 이 연구는 2004년부터 2022년 사이에 출간된 343편의 한국조직학회보 게재논문과 동일 기간에 발간된 정부조직관리지침을 내용분석 및 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 본 학술지의 조직연구주제 경향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 주제어들에 대한 빈도분석 결과 리더십, 조직몰입, 조직문화, 직무만족에 대한 연구 비중이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직학 연구주제와 실제 정부조직관리 간 연계성이 높은 측면도 있지만 학문과 실무 간 일정 간극이 있음을 발견하였다. 셋째, 정권별 유의미한 주제어의 차이는 없지만, 각 정권의 국정운영 기조와 관련된 연구 주제들이 기간상으로 다음 정권 기간에 연구주제로 나타남을 보여주었다. 넷째, 정부조직관리지침의 핵심 주제어들과 질적 연구와의 연관성이 양적연구와의 연관성보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 조직학 이론 혹은 주요 연구 주제들과 정부 조직관련 실무나 현안 주제를 연결해주는 네트워크 관계가 거의 존재하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 분석결과에 바탕으로 한국조직학회보 조직연구경향에 대한 함의를 제시하였다.
Abstract
Since its foundation in 2004, Korean Review of Organizational Studies has grown by publishing various organizational studies. This study investigates the trend of organizational research topics in the field of Korean public administration by using 343 articles published in Korean Review of Organizational Studies between 2004 and 2022 and government organization management guidelines published in the same period. As a result of the analysis, first, with frequency analysis of the keywords, this study identified that organizational studies weight on leadership, organizational commitment, organizational culture, and job satisfaction was high. Second, there is a certain gap between the study and practice, although there is a high connection between the research topic of organizational studies and the actual government organization management. Third, although there was no significant difference in the keywords for each regime, it was shown that the research topics related to each regime's principles appeared as research topics in the period of the next regime in terms of period. Fourth, the association between the keywords of the government organization management guidelines and qualitative research was found to be higher than that of quantitative research. Lastly, this study found that there was almost no network relationship linking organizational theories or major research topics with government organization-related practices or current issues. Based on these analysis results, the implications for the organizational research trend of Korean Review of Organizational Studies were presented.
