전략적 기술기획이 중소기업 연구개발성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 중소기업을 대상으로 전략적 기술기획이 기업 연구개발 성과에 미치는영향을 탐구하였다. 기업이 연구개발 투자에도 그 성과가 뚜렷이 나타나지 않는 이유중 하나는 투자가 혁신역량으로 축적되어도 전략적 기획이 수립되어 있지 않아 혁신역량이 발휘되지 못하는 경우가 많다고 추정하고 연구를 진행하였다. 특히 기술기획의영향은 기업의 혁신성과 측면에서 품질의 향상, 원가의 절감, 지적재산권의 취득, 시장선점 등 다양한 방식으로 도출된다고 가정하였다. 본 연구에서는 이에 대해 설문측정값을 실증 분석하여 모니터링 중심의 기획활동과 조직적이고 전사적인 차원의 기술기획이 미치는 영향이 다르게 나타난다는 점을 주성분회귀분석을 통해 밝히었다. 별도의분석으로 기획활동이 매개변수 역할을 통해 연구기획역량이 연구개발성과로 구현되도록 돕는다는 점을 지목하였다.
Abstract
The role of strategic planning of technology is questioned in this research. Researchers are perplexed by inconsistent impact of R&D capability on firm performance, and this research presume the intermediate role of strategic planning of technology between firms'research & technology planning capability and R&D performance. The research framework incorporates six different performances ranging from “cost reduction” to “enhancement of non-price competitiveness”. The mediating role of implementing technology planning is identified. Intermediating roles of monitoring activity and organizational committment are prominent in the case of accelerating market entry
