퍼지 다기준 의사결정법을 활용한 이산화탄소 해양지중저장기술 평가

이산화탄소 저감수단으로서 이산화탄소 해양지중저장기술을 평가하는 것에는 비용, 안정성, 시장성, 기술성, 시급성 등 여러 가지 평가항목들을 고려할 수 있다. 이와 같이 다양한 평가항목들을 종합적으로 반영하기 위해서는 평가항목간의 상대적 가중치의 도출이 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이산화탄소 해양지중저장기술의 평가항목별 상대적 가중치를 산정하고 추가로 다른 이산화탄소 저감수단과 이산화탄소 해양지중저장기술을 비교평가하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 응답결과의 모호성을 반영할 수 있는 퍼지다기준 의사결정법을 활용한다. 분석결과 일반 국민들은 안정성을 가장 중요한 평가항목으로 평가한 반면 전문가들은 경제성을 중요하게 평가하는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
There are a lot of criteria to assess carbon dioxide capture and submarine storage(CCS). These criteria include cost, stability, market, technique, urgency,adoption. To derive the relative weights of each criterion and the comparativeevaluation between carbon dioxide reduction ways, this study employs the fuzzydecision making analysis for decision making analysis which can reflect morenormally the uncertainty of the stakeholder's responses. According to the results,while experts regarded the economic aspects as the important criteria, generalpeople regarded the stability as the most important criterion. Furthermore, CCSwas ranked lower than other reduction ways.
