Abstract
Amid the acceleration of international efforts toward the Net zero society, this study aims to suggest implications for cooperative network views regarding sustainable carbon neutrality and technological innovation. Accordingly, the study delves into three research goals: 1) understanding the related industry ecosystem and sustainability factors, 2) verifying the empirical model based on co-authorship networks, and 3) proposing multiple implications for collaborative research networks, using a holistic approach such as literature review, research trends, social network analysis, and hypotheses tests. The results show that research performance is higher when a researcher has many co-authors and collaborates with various groups of researchers, indicating a highly mediating position. This finding could be the basis for collaboration and partnership developments for low-carbon innovation, and the collaborative network model derived from this approach would contribute to solving complex issues in future carbon neutrality areas.
