본 연구의 목적은 스포츠이벤트를 통해 광범위하게 생산되는 스포츠 기록을 경기기록에 한정짓지 않고, 공공기관에서 스포츠이벤트 개최와 운영업무로 생산된 운영기록과 경기기록, 개인이 생산하는 기록물을 포함하는 통합 스포츠이벤트 아카이브 플랫폼 구축을 위한 개선방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 제104회 전국체육대회 기록관리 현황을 통해 살펴본 결과, 이원화된 운영조직으로 인하여 스포츠이벤트 관련 기록이 이원화되어 있는 점, 스포츠이벤트 관련 제도 및 절차의 부재, 스포츠이벤트 관련 기록관리 프로세스의 부재, 활용 및 서비스 방안의 부재한 상황속에 기록관리가 전혀 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 총 4가지를 제안하였다. 통합 스포츠이벤트 기록관리 주체 설정 및 인식 개선, 스포츠이벤트 생애주기 단계별 프로세스 구축, 스포츠이벤트 기록관리 프로세스 수립, 스포츠이벤트 활용 및 서비스 방안 수립을 제안하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is not to limit the sports records produced widely through sports events to game records, but to integrate them including operational records and game records produced by public institutions through the hosting and operation of sports events, and records produced by individuals. The goal is to suggest improvement plans for building a sports event archive platform. The results of the study are summarized as follows. As a result of examining the status of records management at the 104th National Sports Festival, records related to sports events are dualized due to the dual operating organization, absence of systems and procedures related to sports events, absence of records management process related to sports events, utilization and In the absence of a service plan, record management is not being done at all. A total of four suggestions were made to improve these problems. It was proposed to establish an integrated sports event record management entity and improve awareness, establish a process for each stage of the sports event life cycle, establish a sports event record management process, and establish a sports event utilization and service plan.
