1920년대 동인지 문학의 성격과 여성인식의 관련성

Abstract

The aims of this thesis is to study the characteristic of the early 1920s’ Donginji Literature(同人誌 文學) related with the thought about women. Female subject represented as a object idealized or excluded by male subject in Donginji Literature. The male subject in Donginji Literature is falling love with women, identifying himself with her who is idea for him. On the other hand, he blames for her, considering her as philistine or femmefatale, when she makes love or gets married another men. In addition, male subject concludes self-idealization from this identification and exclusion of woman. That is possible, I think, through castrating the sociality and histority of woman. In this view, I suppose the absolutization of art and the establishment of modern self in Donginji Literature is based on castrating the sociality and histority of colonial reality in early 1920s’ Korea. The modern self who grounds on not reality but only self can not but be abstract and vacant thing that have no contents. The longing for death appeared in Donginji Literature is an extreme form for which the appearance runs. However it gives formal completeness to works in Donginji Literature, and that gives a hint about inclination of Korean literature after early 1920s'.
