Glucostix 시험지법에 의한 Glucose 측정에 미치는 Hematocrit의 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of hematocrit at measurment of blood glucose by method of Glucostix, the authors examined blood specimen of 25 persons who taken check - up at their blood glucose in a hospital on March, 1993. The results were as follows : 1. Mean of Hct was 42.7 %, plasma glucose by method of GOD was 123.1 mg/dl, blood glucoe by method of Glucostix was 124.1 mg/dl in 25 subjects. 2. Difference rate in between method of GOD and Glucostix was - 8.65 % in subjects which Hct level was below 42.7 %, was 1.38 % in subject which Hct level was over 43.0%. 3. 2.2% blood glucose level of method of Glucostix increased according as 1% Hct level decreased. 4. Mean of Hct was 45.2 %, 95 % confidence rate was from 40.5 % to 49.86 % as glucose level agreed with the method of GOD. and Glucostix.
