고지혈자의 비만도, 혈압 및 혈청지질양상의 비교

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the obesity, blood pr,essure and serum lipid concentration its acts as risk factor of coronary artery disease to serum lipid change pattem in hyperlipidemia. Two hundred adults male & female were selected randomly from medical examined person visited to the dep t. of clinical pathology, Chonju Youngdong Hospital from February to June, 1997. Body weight , BMI were significantly higher than normal group, in high chol group and high TG group(p<0.05). Systolic and diastolic blood pressure were not significantly different between three groups. Total chol, TG and VLDL chol were significantly different between three groups(p<0.01) but HDL chol were significantly higher than high TG group, in normal group and high ch이 group(p<0.05). LDL chol were significantly higher than normal group, in high chol group(p<0.05) and significantly lower than high chol group, in high TG group(p<0.05) but not significantly different between normal control group and high TG group. AI were significantly higher than normal group, in high chol group and high TG group(p<0.05) but not significantly different between high chol group and high TG group. These results suggest that serum lipid pattem were very significantly different between hyperlipidemia and normal person. In this study, necessary to prevention and early treatment of hyperlipidemia as important risk factor of coronary artery disease.
