폐의 소세포암종에서 Synaptophysin, Neuron-Specific Enolase, Chromogranin A, Neurofilarnent 항체들의 감수성 에 대한 연구

Abstract

A variety of benign and malignant turmrs may arise in the lung, but the bronchogenic carcinoma is majority. Armng the brochogenic carcinomas， small cell carcinoma is a histologically distinctive tyre, and it is Higly malignant and chermsensitive To evaluate of sensitivity of neuroendocrine markers such as synaptophysin, neuron- specific enolase(NSE) chromogranin A and neurofilament antibodies，we studied the small cell carcinoma of lung on the 32 paraffin ernbedded tissues. The sensitivities of synaptophysin， NSE, chromogranin A and neurofilarænt were 87.5%, 31.3%, 25%, and 100%, respectitively. Above result indicates that neurofilarænt and synaptophysin antibodies are good for diagnosis of small æll carcinoma of the lung.
