Interpretation of Infrared Spectra of Renal Calculi with Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy

Abstract

For objective qualitative analysis of the IR specπa of renal calculi, We introduced systematic schemes devised by R.V. Sweet for Two case of patients. We could obtained the renal calculi samples by method of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy. In the case of patients A, the calculi sample contains oxalate and urate and in the case of patient B, it was phosphate as a main comφnents. The method requires less time than standard-comparing method and it’s considered very useful method for clinical pathology field.
