골수이형성 중후군에서 망상적혈구 생존검사의 유용성

Abstract
It is difficult to differential diaganosis between myelodysplastic syndrome(especially, refractory anemia) and hemolytic anemia by preipheral blood and bone marrow aspitation that reveal reticulocytosis and erythroid hyperplaia with slight to moderate dyspoiesis. In that cases, reticulocyte survival test is simple and useful to diagnose for myelodysplastic syndrome that confirmed by sustained survival curve due to pseudoreticulocytosis. We evaluate the clinical utility of reticulocyte hyperplasia with dyspoiesis in the bone marrow and report with brief literature.
