초록
This study aims to identify the main determinants of mobile payment service adoption and to confirm the difference of the determinants on behavioral intention between impulse and prudent frugal consumer’s groups. We advanced an extended TAM model that was empirically tested using SEM analysis. To verify the differences between two groups, moderated mediation model was also used to provide a more robust and flexible view of these constructs for this study. The results identified the important rank of the four key factors, and delineated several differences by the influence of the determinants on intention to use between two groups.
Abstract
This study aims to identify the main determinants of mobile payment service adoption and to confirm the difference of the determinants on behavioral intention between impulse and prudent frugal consumer’s groups. We advanced an extended TAM model that was empirically tested using SEM analysis. To verify the differences between two groups, moderated mediation model was also used to provide a more robust and flexible view of these constructs for this study. The results identified the important rank of the four key factors, and delineated several differences by the influence of the determinants on intention to use between two groups.
