긍정적인 교회학교 풍토의 개선방안에 대한 연구

초록

모든 조직이 조직의 특성, 혹은 성격, 분위기 등을 나타내는 조직풍토가 있는 것처 럼 교회학교 역시 각각의 교회학교 마다 다른 교회학교 풍토를 가지고 있다. 이것은 교 회학교 교사들이 심리적으로 느끼는 것으로 교사들이 사역을 하는 데 있어서 교사들의 사역만족도, 조직의 건강, 조직 몰입도, 사기 진작, 교수–학습, 생산성 향상 등 여러 가지 영역에 주요한 영향을 미친다. 교회학교 풍토는 교육지도자들이 가장 커다란 영 향을 미치게 되어 형성된다. 따라서 교육지도자는 교회학교 풍토를 구성하고 있는 요 소들의 개선을 통하여 교사들이 교회학교 사역에 적극적으로 헌신할 수 있는 분위기를 조성할 책임이 있다. 교회학교 풍토의 개선을 위하여 먼저 영적인 분위기 형성이 필요 하다. 원활한 의사소통이 가능하도록 공개적 의사소통 분위기를 형성하는 것이 필요하 다. 교사들이 교회학교 사역에 적극적으로 참여하도록 참여적 의사결정과정을 통하여 존재감을 느끼도록 하여야 한다. 또한 교육지도자들이 교사들과 책임을 공유하는 위임 을 통하여 교사들을 미래의 지도자로 양성할 수 있는 기회도 가져야 한다. 나아가서 적 절한 학습자료와 학습환경의 준비를 통하여 교사들이 기대하는 교육의 효과적 달성을 위한 여건의 조성도 필요하다. 마지막으로 인정과 보상의 체계를 마련하여 자발적으로 봉사하는 교사들을 격려하여 그들의 존재가 소중하다는 것을 인식시켜주어야 한다. 교 육지도자는 이렇게 다양한 영역으로 구분되어 지는 교회학교 풍토의 개선을 위하여 노 력하여 교사와 교육지도자들이 교회학교의 존재 목적의 달성을 위한 여건을 마련하는 책임을 함께 하여 하나님 나라의 확장에 한 축을 담당하여야 할 것이다.

Abstract

Every organization has an organizational climate that shows its personality, character, or atmosphere. Also every Sunday school has its own climate. These are the psychological aspects a teacher feels that influence various areas, including ministry satisfaction, organizational healthy, organizational commitment, morale, teaching–learning, and productivity. Therefore, educational leaders have the responsibilities to build a climate that Sunday school teachers could devote actively to, by improving dimensions that consist of a Sunday school climate. To improve a Sunday school climate, first, a spiritual atmosphere should be built. Secondly, preparation to open a communication atmosphere to make communication easily is needed. Thirdly, there should be a participatory decision–making to participate Sunday school ministry for teacher. Fourthly, educational leaders need to have an opportunity to train leaders in the future by delegating their responsibilities with teachers. In addition, there should be prepared learning resources and learning environments to achieve educational goals teachers expect. Lastly, a system for recognition and rewards to encourage teachers should be prepared. Educational leaders need to improve Sunday school climate to grow God’s church with Sunday school teachers.
