초록
This study aimed to evaluate residue levels and the efficacy of UAV-based fungicide application using different dosages and adjuvants to control of rice brown leaf spot (Cochliobolus miyabeanus). Method for analyzing azoxystrobin and difenoconazole residues in brown rice and dried straw were established using LC-MS/MS, achieving method limit of quantitation (MLOQ) values of 0.005 mg/kg for brown rice and 0.008 mg/kg for straw. Recovery rates ranged from 73.7 to 110.3%, meeting the required accuracy standards. Brown rice residue levels were below the MLOQ for all treatment groups. The application of 75% dosage with Adj. II resulted increased residue levels (mean; 0.27-0.53 mg/kg) in straw compared to the same dosage without adjuvants (0.23-0.27 mg/kg), showing residue levels comparable to those observed at 100% dosage (0.34-0.39 mg/kg). Disease control efficacy, evaluated by the infested leaf area, improved by 32.9% with the use of Adj. II at 75% dosage compared to 100% dosage without adjuvant. These findings suggest that optimized UAV spraying strategies, including the use of specific adjuvants, can effectively control rice brown leaf spot while reducing fungicide usage.
