오늘날 가족은 서로에 대한 문제를 안고 있으면서도 문제해결사 역할을 해야 한다. 가족 공동체는 자연스러운 조직으로서의 의미와 역할을 가지고 있다. 사회생활 속에서 가족 구성원들은 어려움을 겪으면서도 서로에게 행복과 안정감을 준다. 자연적인 친밀감으로 연결되어 있기 때문에 서로의 고민과 근심을 해결하거나 완화시켜주기도 한다. 하지만 가족 내부에도 갈등이 존재하며 종종 고조되기도 한다. 이처럼 가족의 갈등 문제는 해결책을 모색할 수 있어야 한다. 그러한 방안의 하나는 도덕적 실천에 있어서 가족의 역할을 강화하는 것이다. 가족 공동체는 도덕적 각성, 구성원간의 연대성 회복, 도덕적 문화 전달자로서의 역할에 기여하는 역할을 해야 한다. 가족 공동체에서 우리 사회가 요구하는 고도의 상호이해와 민주시민 예절 습득 훈련 등이 필요하다. 그러므로 한 가족 공동체 각자가 사회에서 삶의 의미와 역할을 인식할 필요가 있다. 또한 부모와 자식 간에는 조화와 균형이 있어야 한다.
Abstract
Nowadays family systems have problems with them, but the family still has to play the role of a problem-solver. Family community has a significant role in natural organization. Family members provide each other with happiness and stability, even though members may go through difficulties in their social lives. Family members are connected through natural intimacy, so they help each other relieve their worries and troubles or settle them. However, there are conflicts within the family that can often escalate. Family troubles are caused by the difference between the ideal vision and realistic one. Strengthening the family role in relation to moral practice is one of the solutions to family problems. Each member of the family has an important role to play as regards moral awareness, recovery of members' solidarity, and being a moral culture messenger. Family community requires high levels of mutual understanding, teaching, and knowledge of the civil skills that our society needs. Therefore, every person in the family needs to recognize the meaning of life and their role in society. There is also a need to maintain the harmonious balance between parents and children.
