도덕적 창의성 함양을 위한 프로젝트 수업에서 동기화에 대한 연구

초록

본 연구에서는 프로젝트 수업이 도덕적 창의성 함양에 기여한다는 점에 주목하면서, 도덕적 창의성 함양에 긍정적 영향을 주는 프로젝트 수업의 특성을 살펴보고, 프로젝트 수업의 특성을 살려 학생들이 도덕적 창의성을 발휘할 수 있도록 동기화 하는 방법을 제시하였다. 도덕적 창의성 함양을 위한 프로젝트 수업에서, 프로젝트 수업의 특성과 연계하여 자기결정성 동기화를 위한 방법, 도덕적 창의성 발휘와 유지를 위한 자기효능감과 집단효능감 향상을 위한 방법, 협력적 동기화를 위한 심리적 안전감의 제공을 중심으로 동기화 방법을 제시하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of project class influencing the improvement of moral creativity positively focusing on the fact that project class contributes to enhancing moral creativity and suggest ways to motivate students to exhibit moral creativity by utilizing the characteristics of project class. For project class to improve moral creativity, this study suggests ways to motivate students in terms of self-determination by employing the characteristics of project class, enhance self-efficacy and group-efficacy for exhibiting and maintaining moral creativity, and to motivate students based on the provision of psychological safety for cooperative motivation.
