정보화마을의 운영평가와 정책과제-경상북도의 사례-

Abstract

According to the plan of lessening the inter-regional digital divide and activating regional economic, Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs introduce e-village in rural communities. The main purpose of this study is intending to evaluate the operation of this institution, and to propose a policy implication by surveying model in e-village. To perform this study, the data are collected by means of questionnaires from three e-village in Gyeongbuk province(andong hahoe, seongju dohung, goryeong ddalgi). This study shows the following suggestions for e-village. First, investigates the problem of introduction process of e-village. Second, evaluates present condition of management such as, organization of steering committee and recognition, informatization education, facilities, operating budget, and civil convenience, Third, some necessary reform agenda for e-village will be suggested.
