교육대학생을 대상으로 한 ‘북한사회론’ 내용구성

교육대학에서 ‘북한사회론’이 어떤 내용을 담아야 할 것인가를 수강학생들의 설문조사를 바탕으로 하여 논의하였다. 학생들은 강의를 통해 북한사회의 ‘객관적’ 이해를 희망하는 한편으로 통일에 대한 이해를 높이고 초등교사로서 북한에 대한 전반적 이해가 이루어지기를 원했다. ‘객관적’ 이해에 대한 요구는 내재적 접근법 논쟁을 통해 북한이해의 피하기 어려운 존재구속성을 학생들에게 알릴 것을 제안하였으며 현 시점의 통일에 대한 논의는 평화로부터 출발해야 한다는 것을 강조하였다. 북한사회의 전반적 이해와 관련해서는 북한 형성의 역사, 체제, 사상, 교육, 일상생활, 문학예술, 시장화 등을 우선적으로 제시하였다.
Abstract
This paper discusses the consisting of the contents of lecture on “North Korean Society” in the University of Education, based on a survey of the students. Through lectures, students as the would-be elementary teachers hoped to have an "objective" understanding of North Korean Society, while enhancing their understanding of unification and achieving a general understanding of North Korean Society. This paper proposed to introduce ‘the internal approach debate’ to students in order to inform them of the inevitability of existential binding in understanding the North Korean Society. On reunification, it stressed that discussions on reunification at this point should start from peace. Regarding the overall understanding of North Korean Society, the history, system, thoughts, education, daily life, literature, art, and marketization of North Korea were first suggested.
