Abstract

The stimulation of North korean regime responses to South korea. North korea responded quickly to south korea others and vice versa. south korea government and people have a vision of north korean change. North korea must find the answer to the destitute economical circumstances. So North korean leader seek political and economical compromise with south korea. We, south korean make thorough preparations for south-north korean unification future. The stable unification is based on the careful educational integration of south-north korean. educational effort in south-north experts try to come up with the solutions to the complex problem of beforehand and afterward unification korean. My study emphasize the power of education of unification will be improved by gradation. Many studies on education integration are rapidly changing in unification policy. But the thing is we are certain that the north korean education circumstance in real condition is as it is. Then we must find a thing that south-north korean education integration is suitable for north korean peoples who want a stable education. The normalization of education is related human resources who can develop unification korea. So unification korea slide over a delicate subject of a lot of layoff teachers in north korean. The teachers of north korea are protected by unification korean government. That reason is that the north korea education system must search for well ordered society through rehiring north korean teachers. North korean teachers rehiring will hinge on the terms that they can understand reality of democracy rule. Therefore south-north korean education integration process is initiative in human resources.
