전인적 성장을 위한 다문화 교육 내실화 방안

다문화 교육은 앞으로 사회 공동선을 추구하면서도 약자에 대한 배려, 공동의 시민 사회를 육성하기 위한 교육이다. 다문화 교육은 우리 사회의 전인교육과 잘 결합되어야 실질적으로 다양성을 통해 우리 사회 갈등의 가능성을 줄이는 과정을 진척할 수 있는 방안을 찾을 수 있다. 다문화 교육은 전인교육와의 통합적 논의를 위하여 세 가지 접근 방법으로 전개될 필요가 있다. 첫째, 특정한 세계관에 뿌리를 둔 새로운 다문화 구성원들은 다문화 교육을 통해 그들의 문화를 지켜 가면서 동시에 전인적 창의교육적 인식을 통해 새로운 한국 문화를 전수하는 시간적 여유와 방안을 접근하여야 한다. 둘째, 다문화 교육은 일반적으로 존재하는 전인교육에서 논의되는 통합성 인식을 갖추어야 한다. 셋째, 불완전한 사회적 변화가 이루어지는 교육환경에서 우리 사회 구성원들은 자기와 사회를 위한 다문화 사회에서 통합적 상호작용, 적극적 참여를 강화하여야 한다. 한국의 다문화 교육은 한 개인의 전인적 성장을 강화하는 교양교육 논의와 과정을 통해 갈등 고조를 해소하는 전수, 통합성, 사회적 변화의 상호작용을 수용하는 방법을 찾아야 한다.
Abstract
Liberal multicultural awareness training should be training for foster care to foster the joint civil society stands for a society while pursuing the common good in the future. The reason is that as the basis for the ultimate peace-oriented integration, multi-culturalism and cultural well-being should be a sound education and a vision of our society achieved. Our education should be from one to substantially reduce the likelihood of conflict in our society. As in the case of education in multicultural education before even aggressive means must be deployed in three approaches. New members of multiculturalism rooted in a particular world view are going to keep their culture accept a new Korea, to find a way to solve the problem escalating conflict in the home. Similarly, the integration and that, in general, there should be access to the cultural debate in this sense should have a free strategy to properly understand their own culture and cultural Korea. Especially for the locals to lead a multicultural families have the proper training before standpoint, it should pursue marriage. So the teacher before the child is brought up before transfer to bring the educational, interactive and multicultural educational change should have a bond for him.
