중국 직장인들의 기업윤리에 관한 태도변화연구

본 연구는 중국기업 직장인들의 기업윤리에 관한 태도 변화를 연구하기 위해 실증연구를 진행하였다. 또한, 중국 경제의 빠른 성장, 중국기업의 성장, 중국인들의 소득증가 등의 외부환경적 요소의 변화로 인한 기업윤리에 대한 태도에 어떤 변화가 있는지 2008년의 연구 결과와 비교하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 기업윤리에 대한 인식 정도는 어느 정도 개선은 되었지만, 여전히 낮은 수준이며, 기업의 비윤리 행위에 대한 직장인들의 태도는 지난 10년간 변화가 없었으며, 직장 내 비윤리 행위에 대한 직장인들의 태도는 1차 조사보다 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 생활 수준의 향상으로 인한 윤리의식의 개선으로 설명할 수 있다.
Abstract
This study conducted empirical research to study the change in attitude of Chinese business workers on business ethics. In addition, the changes in attitudes toward business ethics due to changes in external environmental factors such as rapid growth of the Chinese economy, growth of Chinese enterprises and income growth were compared with the results of a study in 2008. The results are as follows. Although there is some improvement in the level of awareness of corporate ethics, it is still very low, workers' attitudes toward unethical behavior have not changed over the past decade, and the index of attitudes toward unethical behavior in companies has improved from the first survey. These results can be explained by the improvement of ethical awareness due to the improvement of living standards.
