This article analyzes and makes critical comments on the supreme court cases in 2010 concerning Insurance Law provisions. But I selected the eight representative cases. The representative cases are introduced in this article as following: 1. The construction to the written subscription of insurance ;〔Supreme Court Case 2009da59688, 59695〕. 2. The construction to the insurance policy ;〔Supreme Court Case 2010da28208, 28215〕. 3. Duty of disclosure concerning 'material terms' of general terms of insurance policy ;〔Supreme Court Case 2009da84141〕. 4. Accidental of the risk covered〔Supreme Court Case 2010da66835〕. 5. Reduction of the insured amount ;〔Supreme Court Case 2009da91965, 91972〕. 6. An injured third party to directly claim remedy against the insurer in the liability insurance ;〔Supreme Court Case 2010da53754〕. 7. Insurance accident and cancellation of the insurance contract ;〔Supreme Court Case 2010da25353〕 8. Life insurance on the another person‘s life〔Supreme Court Case 2009da74007〕.
