초록
In this paper, we propose a top-view shooting game that a player clears all given missions on an alien planet. By analyzing the log records and the survey results of 45 players who played the proposed game, we examine the characteristics of the proposed game, focusing on the immersion, the more diverse play patterns, and the accessibility. First, the proposed game provides the story animation and the audio, in order to increase the immersion. Experimental results show that the most players watched the story animation to the end without skipping it, because it effectively provided a sense of the immersion in the visual and auditory aspects. Second, the proposed game can be enjoyed with more diverse play patterns. According to the experimental results, the most players do not select the skills that are selected by the other players; because it is possible to select the weapons and the skills with a large number of combination. Therefore, they can play the proposed game in various ways; so that the longer the players can enjoy the game and the more fun it has. Third, the proposed game has a relatively simple map configuration. However, some curious players found a path that was not directly related to the mission and wandered the road. As a result, these players tend to want to play the game again.
