사이버가정학습의 효과성 인식과 만족도 연구

본 연구는 사이버가정학습의 효과성 인식 및 만족도와 더불어 이에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 분석하였다. 전국 주요 4개 도시의 시도 교육청을 통해 웹서베이를 이용하여 학생들로부터 효과성 인식정도와 만족도를 측정함과 동시에 이에 영향을 미치는 변인과 관련된 양적 데이터를 수집하였다.연구결과, 학생들의 사이버가정학습의 효과성 인식은 다소 긍정적인 것으로 나타났으며, 만족도는 사이버가정학습의 콘텐츠와 시스템 등에 대한 체제만족도가 상호작용만족도 보다 높았다. 사이버가정학습의 효과성 인식과 만족도에 영향을 미치는 배경변인의 분석에서는, 사이버가정학습 초기 단계에서의 자기효능감과 자기주도학습능력 수준, 사이버가정학습을 이용동기, 사이버선생님의 유형 및 학교급이 효과성 인식과 만족도 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 사이버가정학습의 보다 나은 서비스를 위한 운영전략 수립에 기초자료로 될 것이다.

Abstract

Although the e-learning system, Cyber Home Learning System (CHLS), has been implemented in K-12 schools to serve 1.6 million students for more than two years, few studies have investigated the effectiveness of, and learners’ satisfaction with, the CHLS. The purpose of this study was to examine the perceived effectiveness of, and user satisfaction with, the CHLS and learners’ background variables which influenced the perceived effectiveness of, and user satisfaction with, the CHLS as predictors. Three hundred and seventy students participated in the study and all quantitative data including demographic information were collected through a web-survey. Findings indicated that perceived effectiveness of the CHLS were positive for students and the score of satisfaction with the CHLS system was higher than that of satisfaction of interaction in the CHLS. We found the following influential background variables as predictors of both the perceived effectiveness of, and user satisfaction with the CHLS: 1) self-efficacy, 2) self-regulated learning abilities, 3) motivation to use the CHLS, 4) grades, and 5) types of cyber-teacher. Based on the results of this study, we have made suggestions regarding the operation and improvement of the CHLS.
