지식창조 활동으로서의 교수설계 모형 탐색

본 연구는 지식경영 관점에서 교수설계 이론의 지평을 확장하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 먼저 문헌연구를 통해 교수설계와 지식경영의 특성을 그 차이점과 유사점을 중심으로 분석하였고, 이어 지식경영의 영향 요인 구조를 모형화하였다. 제시된 이론적 모형은 e-러닝 교수설계자 50명으로부터 확보한 설문 자료를 바탕으로 그 적합성 및 요인 간 인과관계적 가설들이 검정되었다. 경로 분석 결과, 1) 연구 모형의 적합성이 확인되었고, 2) 모형을 구성하는 11개 연구 가설 중 6개(개인역량->모형적용, 개인역량->지식흡수, 개인역량->지식전달, 지식흡수->지식전달, 지식흡수->경영성과, 경영성과<->자기평가 등)가 채택되었다. 발견된 특이사항으로는 교수설계모형의 적용 수준은 지식흡수, 지식전달, 경영성과 등에 기여하지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타난 점, 경영성과를 설명하는 요인은 지식흡수 요인이 유일했다는 점 등이다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 교수설계 활동의 사회적 측면을 보완할 수 있는 교수설계자의 당사자성을 고려하는 설계 모형 탐구 등 시사점을 제시하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to develop and validate an instructional design model from the perspective of the Knowledge Management. To serve the purpose, the researcher conducted 1) literature review to find causal relationship model among KM factors and to propose a hypothetical model, 2) survey data collection and analysis with 50 senior level e-Learning instructional designers, and 3) statistically tested the fitness of the proposed model and relevant causal-relational hypotheses. Results indicate; 1) the proposed model fit to the empirical evidence, 2) 6 hypotheses among 11 were validated. A typical instructional designer's personal competency was evidenced as the most powerful independent variable that predicted knowledge import, knowledge share, and application of the instructional models. However, the expected effect of instructional design models toward other dependent variable was not be found. In addition, further suggestions for the future research are addressed.
