학교 테크매니저 도입을 위한 직무 모델 개발: 초․중등 교사의 관점을 중심으로

본 연구는 학교 테크매니저 직무 모델 개발을 통해 한국 교육 환경에 맞는 역할 모델을 구축하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 테크매니저 직무에 대한 델파이 조사를 진행하였으며, 직무 모델에 대한 요구도 분석을 위하여 IPA를 실시하였다. 연구결과 테크매니저의 개념적 정의는 교사의 에듀테크에 대한 접근성과 활용도를 높이고, 학교의 지속 가능한 에듀테크 활용 교육을 위한 지원하는 인력으로 정의했다. 구체적인 직무 모델로 에듀테크 활용 수업을 위한 교수-학습지원, 기기 및 인프라 관리, 플랫폼 관리, 교육, 기획 및 행정지원으로 나누었다. 세부과업으로 첫째, 교수학습지원은 수업에 필요한 기기 준비 및 정리, 교수학습 활동 지원 및 수업 중 문제 해결, 수업에 대한 사전 및 사후 협의 진행 등이 있다. 둘째, 기기 및 인프라 관리 세부 과업으로 학생용 기기 관리, 교사용 기기 관리, 무선 인프라 관리, 특별실 관리 지원 등이 있다. 셋째, 플랫폼 관리의 세부 과업으로 계정 관리, 조직 및 권한 관리 등이 있다. 넷째, 교육의 세부 과업으로 최신 에듀테크 활용 교육 정보 제공, 교사 연수 실시, 학부모 교육이다. 다섯째, 기획 및 행정지원 직무 과업으로 학교 ICT 교육 계획 수립 지원, 정보 및 기자재 예산 편성 지원 등이 있다. 도출된 학교 테크매니저의 직무 모델 및 세부과업을 통해 요구도를 도출하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 시사점을 제언하였다.
Abstract
This study developed a school tech manager role model for the Korean education environment. A Delphi survey was conducted on the tech manager position, and an importance-performance analysis (IPA) was conducted on the role model needs analysis. The research results defined the conceptual tech manager role as personnel who enhanced the accessibility and utilization of educational technology for teachers and provide support for sustainable educational technology utilization in schools. The specific role model was divided into (1) preparing and organizing the devices necessary for classes, supporting instructional activities, and problem-solving during classes, and conducting pre- and post class discussions; (2) managing devices for students and teachers, wireless infrastructure, and providing special facilities support; (3) managing accounts, organizational settings, and educational platform permissions; (4) providing up-to-date information on using educational technology, conducting teacher training, and educating parents; (5) supporting the development of school ICT education plans, information and equipment budgeting, and related administrative tasks. Based on the developed school technology manager role model and the associated tasks, the study identified the requirements, outlined the implications, and gave recommendations.
