Nowadays interests to mind cultivating education is increasing. The reason why is that discontents to the modern education is rising. The modern education has contributed to the construction of the modern civilization. But it is not able to contribute to construct the postmodern civilization. Therefore, to design post-modern education that meets the call of this time is imminent. In this context, we discussed on mind cultivation education based on I-Ching. The reason why we use I-Ching as the text is that there is much messages of the post-modern education in I-Ching. The main points of this paper are the philosophy and the methods of mind cultivating education in I-Ching. The discussion on the philosophy of mind cultivating education is two. One is how we can transform the view of ourselves and world. The other is about the process of the existential change. The discussion on the methods of mind cultivating education is two. One is to manage complex ideas that is rising in our mind. The other is to manage mistakes.
