연구 목적: 본 연구는 베트남 이주노동자의 한국 적응 과정에서 어떠한 양상이 나타나는지를 분석하고, 이주노동자의 안정적인 정착 방안에 대한 기초적인 자료를 제공하는 데에 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 수도권에서 근무하는 베트남 이주노동자 180명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였고, 이주노동자의 사회학적 특성, 체류 현황, 경제 및 문화, 사회 적응 유형 등의 문항으로 구성된 직무 만족 설문지를 통해 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 내용: 연구 결과 경제적 측면(월급, 생활비, 생계 문제 등), 문화적 측면(한국 문화 이해, 한국어 습득 방식, 문화적 차이 등), 사회적 측면(거주 환경, 업무 관련 문제, 사회적 고립도, 인권 침해 등)에서의 현황을 파악할 수 있었다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구 결과를 통해 베트남 이주노동자를 대상으로 한 복지 및 정책 방안을 마련하는 데에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze what aspects of Vietnamese migrant workers appear in the process of adaptation to Korea, and to provide basic data on a stable settlement plan for migrant workers. A survey was conducted on 180 Vietnamese migrant workers working in the capital area, and a survey was conducted through a job satisfaction questionnaire consisting of questions such as sociological characteristics of migrant workers, status of stay, economy and culture, and social adaptation type. As a result of the study, I was able to grasp the current situation in terms of economics (salary, living expenses, livelihood issues, etc.), cultural aspects (understanding Korean culture, Korean acquisition methods, cultural differences, etc.), social aspects (residential environment, work-related issues, social isolation, human rights violations, etc.). Through the results of this study, it will be possible to help in preparing welfare and policy measures for migrant workers in Vietnam.
