연구 목적: 본 연구는 기업가정신이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 있어 사회적자본의 매개효과와 가치일치의 조절효과를 분석하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법: 중소기업 직원 282명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 SPSS 23.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 기업가정신과 기업성과, 사회적자본, 가치일치는 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 기업가정신은 기업성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 기업가정신이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 있어 사회적자본의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 기업가정신과 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 있어 가치일치는 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 및 제언: 직원의 기업가정신을 높여 기업성과를 창출 할 수 있도록 지원들을 대상으로 체계적인 교육 지원이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effect of social capital and the moderating effect of value coincidence on the effect of entrepreneurship on corporate performance. To this end, a survey was conducted on 282 SME employees and the collected data was analyzed using SPSS 23.0. As a result, first, entrepreneurship, corporate performance, social capital, and value match showed a significant positive correlation. Second, entrepreneurship had a significant positive (+) effect on corporate performance. Third, social capital was found to have a mediating effect on entrepreneurship and corporate performance. Fourth, value matching was found to have a moderating effect in the effect on entrepreneurship and corporate performance. Therefore, it is judged that systematic training support is necessary for the supporters so that they can create corporate performance by raising the entrepreneurship of the employees.
