초록

연구 목적: 본 연구는 간호대학생의 주관적 규범, 도덕적 규범 및 타인을 돕는 태도가 기부 태도에 영향을 미치는 구조적 관계를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 연구 방법: 본 연구의 자료는 경북소재 일개 대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 140명을 대상으로 2022년 12월 20일부터 30일까지 온라인 설문조사를 통해 수집되었다. 연구 내용: 수집된 자료는 SmartPLS 3.3.7을 이용하여 구조방정식모형을 통해 간호대학생의 기부 태도에 미치는 변인 간의 영향 관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 결론 및 제언: 대상자의 도덕적 규범과 주관적 규범은 타인을 돕는 태도와 기부태도에 각각 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 타인을 돕는 태도는 기부 태도에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤을 뿐 아니라, 도덕적 규범과 기부 태도, 주관적 규범과 기부 태도 간의 관계에서 유의한 정적 매개 영향을 미쳤다. 간호대학생의 기부 태도 증진을 위한 도덕적 규범, 주관적 규범, 타인을 돕는 태도를 고려한 전략의 개발이 요구된다.

Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the affecting factors of donation attitude in nursing students, focusing on moral norm, subjective norm, and attitudes toward helping others. The data were collected from 140 nursing students enrolled in a university in the Gyeongbuk region by filling out a questionnaire from Dec. 20 to 30, 2022. To analyze data, the structural equation model was used to reveal the relationship between variables using SmartPLS 3.3.7. Moral and subjective norms had a significant positive effect on the donation attitude. In addition, the attitude toward helping others not only had a significant positive effect on donation attitude, but also had a significant positive mediating effect on the relationships between moral norm and donation attitude, and between subjective norm and donation attitude. Therefore it is required to development a strategies that considers three variables to improve donation attitude in nursing students.
