초록

연구 목적: 이 연구는 대학생의 자아정체감 지위가 정신건강인 우울 및 불안에 미치는 영향력을 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 연구방법으로는 경상도 및 전라도 지역 7개 대학교 학생을 대상으로 조사하였고, SPSS 20.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 내용: 대학생을 대상으로 자아정체감 지위별 우울과 불안의 수준을 확인하였다. 결론 및 제언: 분석 결과, 첫째 혼미적 지위가 높을수록, 유예적 지위가 높을수록, 유실적 지위가 낮을수록 우울이 유의미하게 높았다. 둘째, 유예적 지위가 높을수록, 성취적 지위가 낮을수록 불안이 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 토대로, 대학생의 자아정체감 지위에 따른 정신건강 관리 체계 구축과 지위에 따른 차별화된 개입전략 마련이 필요하다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of college students’ ego-identity status on their mental health, depression and anxiety. Seven college students in Gyeongsang-do and Jeolla-do were surveyed, and frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 20.0. The level of depression and anxiety by ego-identity status was confirmed in college students. As a result of the analysis, first, the higher the diffusion status, the higher the moratorium status, and the lower the foreclosure status, the higher the depression was significantly. Second, the higher the moratorium status and the lower the achievement status, the higher the anxiety. Based on the results of the study, it is necessary to establish a mental health management system and to prepare a differentiated intervention strategy according to the ego-identity status of the college students.
