사회부과 완벽주의가 대인관계유능성에 미치는 영향: 마음챙김으로 조절된 사후반추의 매개효과

연구 목적: 사회부과 완벽주의가 대인관계유능성에 미치는 효과는 잘 알려져 있지만 어떠한 심리적 과정을 거치는지에 대해서는 알려져 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사회부과 완벽주의가 사후반추를 매개하여 대인관계유능성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 이러한 경로에 대한 마음챙김의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구 방법: 20-60세 성인 남녀 대상으로 온라인 자기보고식 설문지를 실시하였으며, 조절된 매개효과에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 연구 내용: 사회부과 완벽주의가 사후반추를 경유하여 대인관계유능성에 영향을 미치는 간접효과가 마음챙김에 의해 조절되는지에 대해 검증하였다. 결론 및 제언: 첫째, 사회부과 완벽주의와 대인관계유능성 간의 관계에서 사후반추의 매개 효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 둘째, 사후반추와 대인관계유능성 간의 관계에서 마음챙김의 조절 효과가 유의하였다. 셋째, 사회부과 완벽주의와 대인관계유능성 간의 관계에 대한 사후반추의 매개 효과를 마음챙김이 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 상담 현장에서 사회부과 완벽주의 성향으로 인해 대인관계 문제를 호소하는 내담자에게 마음챙김을 포함한 개입을 실시하여 사후반추의 영향을 감소시키는 것의 필요성을 시사한다.
Abstract
This study examines the effect of socially imposed perfectionism on interpersonal competence through hindsight rumination, and examines the moderating effect of mindfulness on this pathway. An online self-report questionnaire was administered to adult males and females aged 20-60 years, and the mediating effect was analyzed. Analysis, First, in the relationship between socially imposed perfectionism and interpersonal competency, the mediating effect of hindsight rumination was found to be significant. Second, the moderating effect of mindfulness was significant in the relationship between postmortem rumination and interpersonal competency. Third, it was found that mindfulness moderated the mediating effect of hindsight rumination on the relationship between socially imposed perfectionism and interpersonal competency. Socially imposed perfectionism lowers interpersonal competence through increased rumination, and this process is regulated by the level of mindfulness.
