연구 목적: 본 연구는 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 거부민감성과 자기침묵의 관계에서 내면화된 수치심과 타인인정 욕구의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구 방법: 20~30대 성인 대상으로 거부민감성, 내면화된 수치심, 인정욕구, 자기침묵 설문지를 실시하였으며 구조방정식 모형검증을 통해 매개효과를 확인하였다. 연구 내용: 첫째 거부민감성이 타인 인정욕구에 미치는 직접효과는 유의하지 않았다. 둘째 거부민감성이 내면화된 수치심, 타인 인정욕구를 순차적으로 경유하여 자기침묵에 미치는 간접효과가 유의하였다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구는 거부민감성이 내면화된 수치심과 타인 인정욕구를 순차적으로 경유하여 자기침묵에 미치는 간접 효과를 검증하였다. 거부민감성이 자기침묵에 이르는 과정을 보다 정교하게 검증하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of shame and need for for approval on the relation between between rejection sensitivity and self-silencing. for this purpose, rejection sensitivity, internalized shame, need for approval, and self-silencing questionnaires were conducted for adults in their 20s and 30s, the mediating effect was confirmed through structural equation model verification. first, the direct effect of rejection sensitivity on the need for approval was not significant. Second, the indirect effect of rejection sensitivity on self-silencing was significant through internalized shame and need for approval sequentially. This was done by demonstrating the indirect effect of rejection sensitivity on self-silencing through sequential mediation of internalized shame and the need for approval. The process of rejection sensitivity leading to self-silence was more elaborately verified.
