城市老年群体视角数字人民币推广满足度研究 —以雄安新区与保定市为例

研究目的: 面对深度老龄化即将到来的中国，且随数字货币的兴起，数字人民币已成为全球关注的热点。本研究旨在探究城市老年群体对数字人民币推广的态度和满意度。研究方法: 以雄安新区和保定市区的老年人为研究对象。采用调查问卷和多元线性回归方法分析。研究内容:通过调查问卷收集雄安新区和保定市区老年群体对数字人民币推广的满足度的相关数据，采用描述性统计、相关性分析、回归分析等方法进行数据分析。结论与建议: 研究发现，城市老年人们大部分对数字人民币的认知和接受程度较高，在数字人民币的推广方面满足度较高。此外，数字人民币在保障老年人权益方面也存在一定的作用，仍需关注潜在的挑战和问题。例如，随着数字人民币的不断发展和应用场景的拓展，可能会出现新的技术和安全挑战。因此，需要持续关注老年人群的需求变化，并采取相应的措施，以确保数字人民币为城市老年群体带来更大的便利和福祉。本研究的结论有助于更好地理解城市老年群体的数字支付行为和需求，并为数字人民币的推广提供参考。
Abstract
Facing the approaching China of deep aging, and with the rise of digital currency, the digital renminbi has become a hot spot of global attention. This study aims to explore the attitude and satisfaction of the urban elderly population towards the promotion of digital renminbi.Taking the elderly in Xiong’an New District and Baoding City as the research objects. A questionnaire and multiple linear regression methods were used for analysis.Collect relevant data on the satisfaction degree of digital renminbi promotion among the elderly groups in Xiongan New District and Baoding City through questionnaires, and use descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other methods for data analysis.The study found that most of the urban elderly have a high degree of awareness and acceptance of digital renminbi, and are highly satisfied with the promotion of digital renminbi. In addition, the digital renminbi also plays a certain role in protecting the rights and interests of the elderly. Potential challenges and issues still need attention. For example, with the continuous development of digital renminbi and the expansion of application scenarios, new technical and security challenges may arise. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to pay attention to the changes in the needs of the elderly and take corresponding measures to ensure that the digital renminbi will bring greater convenience and well-being to the urban elderly. The conclusions of this study help to better understand the digital payment behavior and needs of urban elderly groups, and provide a reference for the promotion of digital renminbi.
