연구 목적: 이 연구는 중년여성의 정서인식명확성이 정서표현양가성에 미치는 영향에서 사회적지지의 조절효과를 검증하는데 있다. 연구 방법: 전국의 중년여성 327명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 자료처리를 위해서 SPSS21.0을 사용하여 기술통계 및 이원변량분석을 실시하였다. 연구 내용: 관계관여적양가성에는 정서적지지의 조절효과만 유의미하게 나타났으며 나머지 세 요인은 조절효과가 없었다. 한편 자기방어적양가성에는 물질적지지의 조절효과만 유의미하게 나타났고 나머지 세 요인은 조절효과가 없었다. 결론 및 제언: 정서인식명확성이 정서표현양가성에 미치는 영향에서 사회적지지 유형에 따라 조절효과가 달라짐을 확인하였고 또한 정서표현양가성 유형에도 적용될 수 있는 사회적지지가 다름을 보여주었다. 즉 관계관여적양가성에는 정서적지지가 효과적이고 자기방어적양가성에는 물질적지지가 효과적임을 시사하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to verify the moderating effect of social support on the influence of emotional recognition clarity on emotional expression ambivalence in middle-aged women. To this end, a survey was conducted on 327 middle-aged women across the country, and descriptive statistics and two-way ANOVA were conducted using SPSS21.0 for data processing. As a result of the study, only the moderating effect of emotional support was found to be significant in relational involvement ambivalence, and the other three factors had no moderating effect. On the other hand, only the moderating effect of material support was found to be significant in self-defense ambivalence, and the other three factors had no moderating effect. This means that the moderating effect varies according to the type of social support in the influence of emotional recognition clarity on emotional expression ambivalence, and also shows that the social support that can be applied to the emotional expression ambivalence type is different. In other words, it was suggested that emotional support was effective for relational involvement ambivalence and material support was effective for self-defense ambivalence.
