초록
This study presents a comprehensive analysis of a blockchain and PUF-based authentication protocol designed to secure wireless medical sensor networks. The protocol's vulnerabilities, including impersonation and replay attacks, are identified and addressed through enhanced cryptographic measures such as elliptic curve encryption and zero-knowledge proofs. Role-based access control is implemented to mitigate insider threats, while dynamic session keys ensure perfect forward secrecy. The protocol's performance is evaluated, demonstrating its efficiency and scalability. Future research will explore hybrid blockchain consensus mechanisms and post-quantum cryptography to further enhance security.
