Abstract

The influence and role of public art in urban culture is becoming more prominent today. In the historical footsteps of the city's construction and development, public art is holistic, partial, systematic, elemental, socio-scientific and humanistic. In this paper, we study how to apply the characteristics of "System Theory" to "Public Art System Theory". In the process of modernization of the city, we explain the shape and contents of the city through the form of public art, "As a theoretical basis. It is the theoretical foundation for the study of this paper by assigning the merits (totality, relevance, dynamics, temporality, and objectivity) of the theory of Ludwig Von Bertalanffy, the founder of "General System Theory" . The purpose of applying systematic theory is to analyze public art belonging to architecture and public facilities during the construction of domestic and foreign cities as a method to systematically study public arts. The vast and complicated urban system is largely divided into two parts 'Architecture system' and the other is 'public art system'. The application of ecological environment, artificial environment, human environment and emotional environment of "Urban construction circulation system" to "Urban construction public art system theory" is intended to become a more comprehensive and more complete city construction.
