중등과학교사 교원연수 실태 및 인식 조사 연구

Abstract

Teachers' perception of in-service programs for secondary school science teachers was investigated. This study was performed by a questionnaire, which was developed to examine subjects, concern, availability, participation, satisfaction and element to improve of the programs. One hundred thirty three secondary school science teachers responded on the questions. Most of them had negative perception about the images of in-service programs, and were unsatisfied with them. It found that they wanted to be educated effectively and helpful for educating their students in school reality. Construction of the curriculum of in-service programs including educational methods and lecturer should be considered the needs of secondary school science teachers.
