멀티미디어 학습프로그램이 초등학생의 자연환경이해 및 환경윤리의식에 미치는 영향

Abstract

Nowadays environmental education and advertising program using various IT technology have been produced much, but their effects were not proved on spot yet. In this study, environmental education, which can be interesting to elementary students and has high learning effects, was applied to on spot. This multi-media learning program consisted of themes such as ‘nature ecology’, ‘forest story’, ‘letters from zoo’, ‘denizen’, ‘foreshore’, ‘salamander story’ and was developed using animation and text. The objects were 148 elementary school students of the 6th grade in Seoul, and class was conducted 6 times throughout nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design at a discretionary lesson. The results are as follows; It seems that multi-media learning program gives positive influence on environmental recognition(p<.05). Particularly, it was more effective in ‘denizen' needed various learning materials and in ‘foreshore' containing abstract conception such as reasons of flow and ebb. It was also effective in a field of environmental ethics, but there was not a meaningful difference between experimental group and controled group(p>.05).
