군용항공기 감항인증제도 발전방안 연구: 국제협력을 중심으로

세계 군용항공기 산업의 규모가 지속적으로 증가하고 우리나라도 항공선진국 G7 도약을 추진하면서, 우리의 군용항공기가 안전하면서도 세계시장에서 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있는 방안에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 그중 항공기 수출 및 수입시 필수 조건으로 요구되는 군용항공기 감항인증 관련, 최근 나토와 유럽을 중심으로 한 주요 항공선진국의 감항인증 동향을 살펴보면, 국가 내부적으로 비행안전성을 보장하기 위한 제도운용 차원에서 한발 더 나아가 국가별, 대륙별 협력체계를 확대하고 이를 통해 국가 간 상호 비행안전 도모, 수출경쟁력 확보 및 경제성 추구 등 많은 변화가 일어나고 있다. 따라서, 감항인증제도 운용 초기 단계인 우리나라도 선제적으로 여기에 대응하기 위한 방안을 마련해야 할 것이다.
Abstract
Considering that military aircraft industry shows continuous expansion and korea drive forward the G7 advanced airline country, we need to take a closer look to find a way to strengthen our competitiveness as well as to have flight safety of our aircraft. Recently, advanced airline countries in NATO and EU seem to have transform of their airworthiness system from pursuing respective flight safety of their own to organize worldwide airworthiness cooperation system to guarantee mutual flight safety, reinforce export competitiveness, and find economical solution for flight safety each other. Therefore, we also need to get ready to adjust to the trend in the field of airworhtiness international cooperation.
