육군 여군 초급간부의 양성평등 인식에 대한 현상학적 분석

본 연구의 목적은 육군 보병 연대에서 근무하는 여군 초급간부들이 경험한양성평등 현상의 본질적 의미를 이해하는 데 있다. 자료 수집은 약 8개월 동안비구조화된 면담과 현장 관찰을 병행하였고, 지오르기(Giorgi)의 현상학적 접근방법을 적용한 질적 연구이다. 연구결과, ‘성: 통제와 분리, 성: 성장, 성: 자각’으로 범주화되었으며, 참여자들은 ‘자기 자신의 능력개발로서 양성평등’이라는 의미 구조를 도출하였다.
Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to perceive and comprehend essential meaningof gender equality and the phenomenon from a group of woman junior officers, whohave had their empirical gender equality experiences under infantry regiment in theArmy. All the data has been simultaneously and timely collected with unstructured interviewand field observation over eight months; the methods of both Giorgi andphenomenological approach were applied as qualitative research. As final conclusionof this study, gender: control and segregation, gender: growth, gender: self-consciousnessare categorized; and the study deduces mean structure formating of genderequality by the participants’ self-ability development.
