한글에 대한 필적감정에 적용되는 감정요소의 물리적인 범위와 구분

본 연구는 한글 필적감정에서 경험적으로 준용되고 있는 필적감정 5요소간의 물리공간적 구분을 과학적으로 확인할 수 있는 토대를 제공하는 것에 있다. 필적감정 5가지 요소는 한자서예에서 유래된 개념으로서 고대로부터 현재까지 필기자 식별에 사용되고 있다. 그러나 감정요소에 대한 기초이론, 범위를 포함하는 과학적 연구는 알려진 바가 없고, 경험적인 방법에 의존하는 경우가 많아 방법적 타당성에 의문이 제기되고 있다. 한글 필적감정 5가지 요소의 물리공간을 확인하기 위해 각 요소간의 평면 좌표상의 차원을 치환하고 이를 집합이론으로 구분하여 한글에 대한 가상의 틀 구조(Imaginary Square Frame: ISF)에서 관계성을 확인하였다. 이 연구는 한글 필적감정에서 감정 요소의 물리공간적인 해석을 통하여 법과학적 증거추론의 과정에서 과학적 타당성을 확보하고 영미 필적감정 요소간의 호환성을 동시에 검토하는 토대연구 라고 할 수 있다.
Abstract
This study is to provide a basis for scientifically confirming the range of the five elements that make up handwriting through physical perspective of the five factors that are applied empirically in korean handwriting identification. Korean handwriting identification 5-element is a concept derived from Chinese character calligraphy and has been used from ancients to the present for the identification of writers. However, scientific research involving basic theory and scope of identification factors has not been known, and the method's validity has been questioned as it often relies on empirical methods. In order to confirm the physical space of the 5-factors Korean handwriting identification, the dimension of the coordinate between each factor was replaced. In addition, the replaced value was divided into a set theory and the relationship was confirmed in the Korean Square Frame (ISF). The physical interpretation of identification factors in Korean handwriting identification can be based on research that secures scientific validity in the process of forensic and scientific evidence reasoning and pursues compatibility between English-based handwriting identification factors at the same time.
