국립법무병원 간호사의 이차외상스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인

The Influencing Factors on Secondary Traumatic Stress among Nurses in National Forensic Psychiatric Hospital

초록

본 연구의 목적은 국립법무병원에서 근무하는 간호사의 이차외상스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위함이다. 본 연구의 설계는 서술적 조사연구이며 연구의 대상자는 국립법무병원에서 근무하는 간호사 102명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA 및 Pearson’s correlation, multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 국립법무병원에서 근무하는 간호사의 34명(33.3%)은 이차외상스트레스가 심각한 수준이었다. 또한 이차외상스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인은 안전감(β=-.37, p<.001)이었으며 설명력은 16.3%이었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 간호사의 이차외상스트레스를 감소시키고 안전감을 느낄 수 있는 병동분위기를 만들기 위한 프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the influencing factors on secondary traumatic stress in nurses working at the national forensic psychiatric hospital. The design of this study was a descriptive survey study. The participants of this study were 102 nurses working at the national forensic psychiatric hospital. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, and multiple regression using the SPSS/WIN 26.0 program. In the results, 34(33.3%) nurses working at the national forensic psychiatric hospital had severe secondary traumatic stress. The influencing factor on secondary traumatic stress was safety, and the explanatory power was 16.3%. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop and apply a program to reduce secondary traumatic stress in nurses and create a ward atmosphere in which they can feel safe.
