User can use various media via TV, computer, PMP, cell phone include smart phone by development of media and electronic device. Traditional passive watching was generalized already, the system that is VOD, realtime information using and shopping are available was commercialized. In static environment, there is case that is available to use interactive media between user and contents via smart phone, and we can forecast that interactive media will occupy a part of industrial area. In this paper, I explain the interactive technique applied to VOD or movie, propose implementation direction of media transmission technique that has realtime and mobility for smart phone. Through study the interactive media technique in traditional device, I research optimization method in smart phone. And I will explain interactive media at communication business, and model transmission system for stable service, show you that applicable case for various areas.
