중국발 Sea & Air 복합운송 서비스의 이용실태 및 만족도에 관한 연구

Abstract

In response to a recent growth of high value-added products in China, the volume of Sea & Air multimodal transport in Incheon Airport has been increasing significantly. This paper conducted against forwarders who are engaged in Sea & Air transport service concerning the use and evaluation of Sea & Air multimodal transport service. The respondents of this survey were divided into two separate groups, based on the subjects’ work experiences and occupational position within their firms.The result of this analysis showed, overall, no significant differences between the two groups in the satisfaction level with an exception of airline frequency and cargo space. However, the two groups showed visible differences in evaluating the importance of airline frequency, cargo space, forwarder’s service quality, and transshipment handling capacity. In addition, the analysis showed that the most important factors in vitalizing the Sea & Air multimodal transport in Incheon Airport are: rapid development of logistics parks around seaports and airport, and simplification of procedures for bonded inland transport between seaports and airport, respectively.
