이 연구의 목적은 글로벌 컨테이너 선사들의 관점에서 ISM과 AHP 기법을 적용하여 동북아시아의 환적항만을 선택하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 문헌 조사와 항만 전문가를 통해서 세부속성요인을 도출하였으며, 항만전문가 그룹에 의한 브레인스토밍을 수행하여 20개의 평가속성요인을 도출하였다. 그리고 ISM 기법을 이용하여 4개의 평가기준 속성과 10개의 하부평가기준 속성 및 5개의 대안을 구하여 4개의 계층으로 된 계층분석구조의 모형을 구축하였다. AHP 기법을 통한 설문조사는 글로벌 컨테이너 선사의 전문가들을 대상으로 분석하였다. AHP 기법을 통해 각 계층의 상대적 중요도, 전문가들의 선호 경향 및 6개의 대안으로부터 종합 중요도를 평가하였다. 이 연구의 결과로 부산항이 동북아시아의 환적항만으로 선정되었다.
Abstract
The object of this study is to describe on the priority setting for transshipment port in Northeast Asia using ISM&AHP method on the perspective of a global container company. To illustrate the ideas regarding the transshipment port, detailed attributes were identified both by previous studies and port professionals and 20 attributes were also identified through brainstorming in a group of port experts. These were made into a model of hierarchial structure with 4 levels after taking 4 criterias, 10 sub criterias and 5 alternatives using the ISM method. The collected data of questionnaires through the AHP method were analyzed with professionals from global container companies. The AHP technique also helped estimate the relative priorities of each level, the trend of preference among professionals and overall priorities viewed from 6 alternatives. With the result of this study, the port of Busan has been selected as the transshipment port in Northeast Asia.
