본 연구는 컨테이너 터미널의 정보보호 수준을 평가하고 측정할 수 있는 통합지수의 개발을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해, 정보보호 수준 측정을 위한 평가체계를 구축하고, 지수산출을 위해 AHP법에 기초한 산출방법을 도입하였다. 다음으로 제안한 지수의 유효성을 파악하기 위해 부산에 위치한 A터미널운영사의 정보보호수준을 측정하여 전체적인 정보보호수준을 산출해 보았다. 제안한 통합평가지수는 향후 항만에 있어 정보보호를 위한 유용한 분석지표로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
A port is operated on the basis of information with regard to cargoes and ships, which port operation significantly depends on. If confidentiality and availability of information on terminal operation is not secured, most of logistics services in the terminal cannot be provided. Thus, information security is an essential factor that enables terminal to be operated. However, despite of this importance of information security, there has hardly been any research related to this topic. And moreover, current level of information security performance in container terminals has not been analyzed so far. The objective of this study is to develop an index that can evaluate current level of information performance and their utilization in container terminals. To confirm the effectiveness of the index suggested in this paper, current level of information security performance in a container terminal operator which is located at Busan port was measured,
