본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 수상운송업의 산업연관구조 및 성장기여요인을 산업연관표의 총산출 분해를 통해 분석하는 것이다. 수상운송업의 산업연관관계를 분석한 결과 최근 들어 타 산업과의 전후방연관관계가 약화되고 있다. 요인별 성장기여율은 2000～03년 중 수출수요, 최종수요, 기술변화 등의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 최근으로 올수록 최종수요 성장기여율은 급격히 낮아진 반면 수출수요 성장기여율은 소폭 낮아졌다. 또한 기술변화의 경우 국산중간재의 투입비율이 낮아지면서 수입중간재 투입에 의한 영향력이 높아졌다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to figure out the inter-industry relationship of water transport industry by the input-output analysis. In particular, this study examines the main factors on the growth of the water transport industry through the decomposition of aggregate output. The major findings of this study are as follows : First, water transport industry's contribution to the growth of aggregate output has been decreasing after the Year 2000, although the corresponding industry's ratio to the national economy was higher than other industries. Second, water transport industry's export demand, final goods, and technological change play key roles on the growth of aggregate output among the major factors. However, this industry's contribution to the Aggregate output's Growth has been decreasing after the year 2000. In conclusion, demand for export and final goods has an important role and put major impacts on the growth of the aggregate output. Thus, for the development and sustainable growth of the water transport industry, it is required to promote the logistics industry-related hinterland. Especially, it is required to promote logistics -related firms(e.g. 3PL, 4PL, etc.)
